(3.) PETITIONER is an institute established in the District of Rewa and is imparting education in various courses including D. Ed. right from the year 2006. Petitioner was granted recognition by the National Council for Teachers Education (hereinafter referred to as the 'N.C.T.E') vide Annexure P -1 on 30.06.06 for admitting 50 students for the course i.e. D. Ed.
