JUDGEMENT

(1.) WITH consent the appeal is finally heard.

(2.) APPEAL under Section 23 of the Railway Claims Tribunal Act, 1987 is directed against the order dated 31.12.2012 passed in O.A.No./IInd /507/2008 by the Railways Claims Tribunal Bhopal Bench; whereby Claim preferred by the Appellants for compensation in lieu of the death of Shiv Kumar, husband of appellant No.1 and father of appellant No.2.

Naksha Panchayatnama (A - 5); (vi) Shinakhati Panchnama (A -5 -I); (vii). Post Mortem Report (A -6); (viii). Photocopy of death certificate (A -7); (ix). Photocopy of Family Card).
