JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS review petition filed under Order 47 Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeks review of the final order passed on 20.08.2013 in Civil Revision No.71/2013, whereby the civil revision preferred inter alia against the order dismissing an application under Order 7 Rule 11 of CPC seeking rejection of counter -claim preferred by the defendants no.1 to 6 against both the plaintiffs as well as 11 other persons, has been rejected.

(2.) ON perusal of the records and considering the arguments raised by the learned counsel for petitioners, this Court does not find any error apparent on the face of the record or any palpable error.

(3.) THE scope of review is extremely limited and the learned counsel for petitioners is unable to make out any grounds available for review under Order 47 Rule 1 of CPC.
