(2.) THE petitioner has filed this petition against the orders dt.28.12.2013 (Annexure P/1) and dt.3.2.2012 (Annexure P/2).

(3.) THE allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner did not complete the work of construction of the road even after a period of three years. The date of completion was up to 27.11.2011.
