(3.) THE applicant is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No. 02/2014 registered at P.S. Endori, District Bhind for the offence punishable under sections 354(B), 323 of IPC and under Section 3(i)(xi) of SC, ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
