JUDGEMENT

(1.) COMMON question for determination is involved in all these petitions, hence, all the petitions have been heard together and are decided by this common order.

(2.) THE point involved in this petition for determination is that whether the students belonging to SC,ST and OBC category, who have been pursing their post metric education and are getting scholarship under the scheme of Central Government, are eligible to receive tution fee of the college which is fixed by the college at par with the tution fee fixed in government college of the same subject.

(3.) W .P.No.7313/2012 has been filed by the students, who belong to OBC and SC category. They have been pursuing their BCA, BBA, B.Com, B.Com (CA) courses. The college directed the petitioners to deposit the tuition fee as fixed by the Fee Regulatory Committee, however, the government has provided scholarship to the petitioners and fixed the amount equal to the amount of tuition fee charged by the government institution or college in this regard.
