JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard finally with consent.

(2.) THE petitioner before this court has filed the present writ petition claiming regular pay scale, after five years' service by virtue of circular dated 17.03.1978.

(3.) WHEN the matter is taken up today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that identical writ petition being W.P. No. 3595/2014 in the matter of Ramkrishan Chouhan Vs. State of M.P. and others has been decided by this Court by order dated 8.5.2014 and certain directions have been issued in the said matter. He has prayed for a similar direction in the present case also submitting that the petitioner also stands on the same footing.
