JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE grievance of the petitioner is against an order dated 09.05.2014 (Annexure P -4) by which he has been transferred to work in Zila Panchayat, Chhindwara and the respondents No. 6 and 7 have been given the current charge of the post of Chief Executive Officer of Janpad Panchayat, Bichhua.

(2.) IT is contended that the petitioner has made an appeal against the said order before the Commissioner of the Department but as nothing has been done he has approached this Court by way of filing this writ petition.

(3.) IN view of the aforesaid and the fact that the appeal of the petitioner is pending before respondent no. 2, without entering into the merits of the claim made in the writ petition, the same is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 2 to decide the appeal of the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today.
