JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is the second bail application filed by the applicant under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of bail. First bail application (M.Cr.C.No.3638/2013) has been dismissed as withdrawn on 05 -02 -2014.

(2.) APPLICANT has been arrested on 16 -10 -2013 in connection with Crime No.505/2012 registered at Police Station Ambah District Morena for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 294, 323, 341 of IPC and under Sections 25, 27, 29 and 30 of Arms Act.
