(2.) THE grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is owner of certain land, however the State authorities are trying to construct the road on the land of the petitioner.

(3.) COUNSEL for the petitioner has submitted that the respondents have not conducted any demarcation of the land. Petitioner is the owner of the land.
