JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is a petition filed by the petitioner challenging the order passed by the Superintendent of Police, Dewas, dated 3 -2 -1982, by which the petitioner was reduced in rank from that of head constable to constable for all times, which was maintained on appeal by orders dated 2 -7 -1982 by the Dy. Inspector General of Police, Ujjain.
