JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition under Sec. 482 of the Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for modification/correction in order dtd. 18/4/2023 passed in M.Cr.C. No.15862/2023. Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that due to some typographical error, in the aforesaid order dtd. 18/4/2023 wherein the crime number and the police station have been wrongly mentioned as 18/2018 and Police Station-Kotwali, District-Indore instead of Crime No.85/2018 and Police Station- City Kotwali, District- Mandsaur. Thus, it is submitted that the order be modified accordingly.

(2.) On perusal of the order dtd. 18/4/2023 and the record, this Court finds that the said mistake appears to be a typographical error which is required to be modified/corrected. I n view of the same, it is directed that in the order dtd. 18/4/2023 passed by this Court in M.Cr.C.No.15862/2023, the crime number and the name of Police Station be read as "Crime No.85/2018" and Police Station "City Kotwali, District- Mandsaur".

(3.) This order be read conjointly with order dtd. 18/4/2023 passed in M.Cr.C.No.15862/2023. Accordingly, the M.Cr.C. stands allowed. C.c. as per rules.
