(2.) This is first application filed under Sec. 439 of Cr.P.C for grant of bail to the applicant as he has been arrested on 3/6/2023 in connection with Crime No.298/2023 registered at Police Station Basoda City District Vidisha for commission of offence punishable under Sec. 8/21 of NDPS Act.

(3.) Prosecution case, in brief, is that on 3/6/2023 at about 10:40 hours the applicant was found having 10.22 gms of smack without having any valid license for the purposes of sale.
