JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner has filed this writ petition while praying for the following reliefs :

(2.) The facts as elaborated in the memorandum of writ petition reflect that, the petitioner is a proprietorship firm, engaged in the business related to medicines, equipments and furniture etc.

(3.) In pursuance of the order dtd. 2/6/2017 and 3/6/2017 issued by the Chief Medical and Health Officer, Umaria, the petitioner was required to supply different equipments viz. OT lights, advance LED single dome.
