(1.) The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been preferred by the petitioner seeking following reliefs:-

(2.) According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, action of respondents is arbitrary and illegal in placing the petitioner under suspension.

(3.) Learned Government Advocate opposed the prayer and prayed for dismissal of this petition.
