JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is the sixth application filed by the applicant under Sec. 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of temporary bail relating to Crime No.38/2020 registered at Police Station Azad Nagar, District Indore(M.P.) for the offence under Ss. 420, 467, 468 and 471 of IPC on the ground of ailment of applicant's father.

(2.) Medical verification report as well as status report have been received and the same has been verified by the Counsel for the State.

(3.) As per status report, the father of the appellant was admitted in the hospital w.e.f. 12/08/2023 to 14/08/2023 and he has been discharged from the hospital.
