(2.) This is a a repeat (Second) application under Sec. 439 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, as the applicant is implicated in connection with Crime No.61/2022 registered at Police Station Unhel, District Ujjain (MP) for offence punishable under Ss. 302 and 307/34 of the IPC. First application bearing M.Cr.C. No.8508/2023 was dismissed as withdrawn by order dtd. 20/3/2023.

(3.) The applicant is in custody since 24/8/2022.
