JUDGEMENT

(1.) The applicant has filed this application under Sec. 482 of CrPC seeking extension of period of fifteen days for deposit of enhanced fine amount of Rs.10,000.00 awarded by this Court vide order dated 13th of March, 2023 while disposing of Criminal Revision No.638 of 2011 filed by applicant Atar Singh. Perused the contents of this application.

(2.) On perusal of contents of this application, the prayer made by the applicant appears to be reasonable and application filed by the applicant is hereby disposed of with a direction that applicant Atar Singh shall deposit aforesaid enhanced fine amount within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. MCRC stands disposed of. A copy of this order be kept in disposed of CRR No. 638 of 2011.
