JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is first application under Sec. 439 of Cr.P.C for grant of bail. The applicant is implicated in connection with Crime No.384/2022, registered at Police Station Maxi, District Shajapur, for the offence punishable under Ss. 34(2) of M.P. Excise Act.

(2.) The applicant is in custody since 14/12/2022.

(3.) The allegation against the applicant is that from the possession of applicant 63 bulk litre unauthorized country made liquor has been seized.
