JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is the applicant's first bail application filed under Sec. 439 of Cr.P.C. seeking temporary bail on the ground of last rituals of applicant's elder brother Vikas.

(2.) The applicant is implicated in connection with Crime No. 429/2022 registered at Police Station Mhow, District Indore (MP) for offence punishable under Ss. 302 and 294 of IPC and Sec. 25 and 27 of Arms Act.

(3.) Learned counsel for the applicant submits that elder brother of the applicant Vikas has died on 18/10/2023 and his last rituals are scheduled to be performed on 31/10/2023, therefore, he prays for grant of temporary bail to the applicant.
