JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is first application for grant of anticipatory bail under Sec. 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 on behalf of the applicant who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.678/2020 dtd. 24/11/2020 registered at Police Station Kotwali, district Chhatarpur, for the offences punishable under Ss. 379 and 414 of IPC, Ss. 4 and 21 of the Mines & Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act 1957, Rule 18(1) of the Madhya Pradesh Minor Mineral Rules and Ss. 146/196, 3/181 and 5/180 of the Motor Vehicles Act.
