(1.) Heard and perused the record.

(2.) This first bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant under Sec. 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of bail relating to Crime No.209/2023 dated (not mentioned), registered at Police Station-Gandhi Nagar, District-Indore for the offence under Ss. 394 of IPC and Sec. 25 of Arms Act. The applicant is in custody since 14/6/2023.

(3.) As per prosecution story, the applicant alongwith co-accused committed robbery.
