JUDGEMENT

(1.) They are heard. Perused the case diary /challan papers.

(2.) This is a First application under Sec. 439 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, as the applicant is implicated in connection with Crime No.281/2023 registered at Police Station Sondwa, District Alirajpur (MP) for offence punishable under Ss. 376, 376(2)(k), 506 of the IPC.

(3.) The allegation against the applicant is of committing rape.
