JUDGEMENT

(1.) This third bail application is filed under Sec. 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 on behalf of the applicant Sumit Dwivedi S/o Sunil Dwivedi, who is i n custody since 29/1/2022 in connection with Crime No.30/2022 registered at Police Station Raipur Karchuliyan, District Rewa (M.P.) for the offence punishable under Ss. 8, 21, 22, 29 of NDPS Act and Ss. 5/13 of M.P. Drugs Control Act.

(2.) Previous bail applications of the applicant were dismissed by this Court vide orders dtd. 4/4/2022 and 12/9/2022, respectively.

(3.) There are no changed circumstances in the matter, calling for interference.
