JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present petition has been preferred by the petitioner under Sec. 482 of Cr.P.C. challenging the action/inaction of the respondents for not conducting fair and impartial investigation over the complaint (Annexed with the petition) submitted by petitioner to respondents for registration of FIR against accused persons. It is the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner filed written complaint before the authorities, however, respondents are not conducting fair and impartial investigation over his complaint. Therefore, compelled with the circumstances, he is before this Court.

(2.) It is submitted by the counsel for the State that if this Court directs then investigation will be ensured. Heard.

(3.) Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the innocuous prayer so made whereby petitioner has sought investigation over his complaint, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 1 to enquire the matter and if any case is made out, then ensure follow up action. Let this exercise be completed within a period of three months from today. Petition stands disposed of with above direction.
