This is first application filed under Sec. 439 of Cr.P.C for grant of bail to the applicant as he has been arrested on 7/8/2023 in connection with Crime No.541/2023 registered at Police Station Karera, District Shivpuri (M.P.) for commission of offence punishable under Sec. 34(2) of MP Excise Act.

(3.) . Prosecution case, in brief, is that on 7/8/2023 the applicant was found carrying 60 bulk litres of illicit country made liquor in two plastic cans for the purpose of sale without having license.
