JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard on I.A. No. 24844/2022 which is an application under Sec. 5 of Limitation Act for condonation of delay which is supported by an affidavit of the brother of the applicant.

(2.) Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant was not aware about the impugned order dtd. 23/1/2020 because of pandemic COVID-19 and when it comes to the knowledge of the applicant, he immediately move this Criminal Revision.

(3.) On consideration of the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the applicant and the ground mentioned in the application, the same (I.A. No. 24844/2022) is allowed. Delay in filing this Criminal Revision is here by condoned.
