JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application under Sec. 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant for modification of order dtd. 17/7/2023 passed in MCRC No.29399/2023.

(2.) Applicant has filed certain medical documents but all these documents are old documents which have been duly considered in the earlier order dtd. 17/7/2023. The applicant has not filed any new relevant documents regarding the current medical status of his father or requirement of any further medical care.

(3.) Although counsel for the applicant has orally prayed for extension of the period of temporary bail but he did not make any such prayer in the prayer clause of the petition, per contra he has prayed for conversion of temporary bail into regular bail.
