JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD . 1. Grievance raised by the petitioner is against her non -selection for the post of Multipurpose Health Worker (Female).

(2.) THAT , in pursuance to advertisement issued by Director, Health Services, Government of Madhya Pradesh on 17.5.2010 for appointment to the post of Multipurpose Health Worker (Female), petitioner applied for the post. However, despite of her having secured 72.6% marks, she was not placed in the select list, as compared to respondent no.6, 7 and 8 who, respectively secured 70%, 69.8% and 67.4%. On enquires made by the petitioner, it was informed that since she does not possess the requisite qualification i.e. Higher Secondary School Certificate (10+2) by Madhya Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Mandal, Bhopal, or the certificate issued by Central Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent with Science and Mathematics, she has not been considered.

(3.) PETITIONER is Class 10th and has High School Certificate issued by Madhya Pradesh Open School.
