SANDEEP Vs. STATE OF MADHYA PRADESH

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is the first application under Sec. 439 of Cr.P.C for grant of b ail. Applicant Sandeep @ Dhaniram was arrested on 02/01/2022 in connection with Crime No.13/2022 registered at Police Station Kotwali, Narsinghpur Distt. Narsinghpur (M.P.) for the offences punishable under Ss. 3, 4, 5 of Immoral Trafic Act.

(2.) Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the offence. The alleged offences are triable by Judicial Magistrate First Class. Applicant has been in custody since 02/01/2022. Charge-sheet has been filed and conclusion of trial will take time, hence it is prayed that the applicant be released on bail.

(3.) Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer.
