PAWAN Vs. STATE OF M.P.

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This second application under Sec. 439 of Cr.P.C. has been filed for grant of bail. The first application was dismissed by order dtd. 19/1/2022 passed in M.Cr.C.No.2878/2022 with liberty to revive the prayer after undergoing some reasonable period of detention.

(2.) The applicant has been arrested on 4/12/2021 in connection with Crime No.275/2021 registered at Police Station Umri, District Bhind for offence under Ss. 307, 34 of IPC and under Sec. 25/27 of the Arms Act.

(3.) The applicant is in jail for the last three months only.
