JUDGEMENT

(1.) This second application under Sec. 439 of CrPC has been filed for grant of bail. First application was dismissed by order dtd. 3/8/2021 passed in M.Cr.C. No.38328/2021.

(2.) The applicant has been arrested on 5/3/2021 in connection with Crime No.124/2021 registered at Police Station - Shivpuri Kotwali Distt. Shivpuri for offence under Ss. 304-B, 498-A, 34 of IPC.

(3.) It is submitted by counsel for the applicant that as per his information, on one date certain witnesses were present, but time was sought by the counsel for the applicant. However, he submitted that he is not in a position to make a specific statement in this regard.
