(3.) The applicant has been arrested on 09/02/2022 in connection with Crime No.31/2022 registered at Police Station Bilauva, District Gwalior for offence under Ss. 323, 454, 380 and 394 of IPC and Sec. 11/13 of the MPDVPK Act.
