(1.) Mr. Rajesh Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the appellant.

(2.) Heard on I.A. No.9680/2018, which is an application for substituting the legal representatives of respondent no.1 who passed away during the pendency of this appeal.

(3.) Issue notices to the prospective respondents mentioned in the said application in paragraph no.4 upon payment of process fee within five working days, returnable within four weeks.
