JUDGEMENT

(1.) This first application under Sec. 439 of Cr.P.C. has been filed for grant of bail.

(2.) The applicant has been arrested on 30/3/2022 in connection with Crime No.338/2021 registered at Police Station Shahar Basoda, District Vidisha for offence under Ss. 341, 327, 294, 323, 506 of IPC and under Sec. 3(2) (va), 3(1)(r) and 3(1)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
