SUGREEV DHAKAD Vs. STATE OF MADHYA PRADESH

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is fourth application filed under Sec. 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of bail. The third application was dismissed as withdrawn by order dtd. 18/7/2022 passed in M.Cr.C. No.23981/2022.

(2.) The applicant has been arrested on 9/12/2021 in connection with Crime No.86/2021 registered at Police Station Crime Branch, District Gwalior for offence under Ss. 67-A and 67-B of Information Technology (Amendment) Act and Sec. 13, 14 of POCSO Act and Sec. 201 of IPC.

(3.) The applicant has filed incomplete deposition sheet of the complainant.
