JUDGEMENT

(1.) This third repeat application filed under Sec. 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of bail. The second bail application of the applicant was dismissed as withdrawn by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dtd. 20/7/2021 passed in MCRC No.28297/2021. As the Hon'ble Judge has been transferred, therefore, this application has been placed before this Court.

(2.) The applicant has been arrested on 18/12/2018 in connection with Crime No.196/2014 registered by Police Station Kotwali, District Datia for offence punishable under Ss. 302, 307, 147, 148, 149, 323, 294 of IPC.

(3.) With aforesaid liberty, the application is dismissed as withdrawn.
