VATAYEE Vs. STATE OF MADHYA PRADESH

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This fourth application under Sec. 439 of Cr.P.C. has been filed for grant of bail. Third application was dismissed as withdrawn by order dtd. 22/7/2022 passed in MCRC No.35796/2022.

(2.) The applicant has been arrested on 9/2/2022 in connection with Crime No.31/2022 registered at Police Station Bilauva for offence under Ss. 324, 454, 380, 394 of IPC and 11/13 MPDVPK Act.

(3.) The second bail application was dismissed by order dtd. 11/5/2022 passed in MCRC No.23613/2022 with liberty to revive the prayer after the examination of the complainant/victim. It is fairly conceded that the victim has not been examined so far.
