JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner has approached this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with the grievance that the Board of Revenue, Gwalior has initially passed an interim order on 3/2/2021 pending disposal of the Revenue Petition arising out of the order passed by the Collector under Sec. 50 of the MP Land Revenue Code exercising the suo motu power. Thereafter, the Board of Revenue has heard the matter on 01/07/2021 and reserved it for orders, but neither the interim order was continued nor till date final order has been passed. Hence, indulgence is sought on identical terms as contained in the order passed by this Court on 10/01/2022 passed in W.P. No.480/2022.
