(3.) The applicant has been arrested on 29/3/2022 in connection with Crime No.164/2022 registered at Police Station Kotwali, District Datia for offence under Ss. 399, 400 and 402 of IPC, Sec. 11/13 of MPDVPK Act and Sec. 25(1-B)(A) of the Arms Act.
