JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is the first application under Sec. 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of bail. Applicant No.2 Subham Shivde was arrested on 19/11/2020 in connection with Crime No.796/2020 registered at Police Station City Kotwali, District Khandwa (M.P.) for the offence punishable under Ss. 302, 201, 34 of the IPC and Sec. 25, 27 of Arms Act.
