JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard with the aid of case diary.

(2.) This is the second application under Sec. 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant o f bail. Applicant Mukesh Nawange was arrested on 13/01/2021 in connection with Crime No.1097/2020 registered at Police Station Multai, District Betul for the offence punishable under Ss. 420, 506, 409, 120B, 34 of IPC.

(3.) The earlier bail application filed by the applicant was dismissed on merit by this Court vide order dtd. 04/10/2021 passed in M.Cr.C.No.19453/2021.
