JUDGEMENT

(1.) They are heard. Perused the case-diary.

(2.) This is the second bail application filed by applicant under Sec. 439 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 as he is implicated in connection with Crime No.274/2021 registered at Police Station - Rajod, District - Dhar (MP) for offence punishable under Ss. 458 and 380 of IPC. The applicant is in custody since 9/11/2021.

(3.) His first bail application M.Cr.C. No.10879 of 2022 has already been dismissed by this Court vide order dtd. 11/03/2022.
