JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned counsel for the applicant wants to withdraw this first bail application filed under Sec. 14(A) of S.C.S.T. Act with a liberty to repeat the same after filing of charge-sheet and made a prayer that the original photographs filed by him be returned.

(2.) Prayer is allowed.

(3.) The bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
