JUDGEMENT

(1.) The applicant has filed this First application u/S.439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of bail.

(2.) The applicant has been arrested on 6/6/2022 by police station Gole Ka Mandir, District Gwalior (M.P.) in Connection with Crime No. 369/2022 registered for the offence punishable under Ss. 395 of IPC, sec. 11/13 of MPDVPK Act and sec. 25/27 of Arms Act.

(3.) Allegations against the applicant / accused, in short, are that the applicant along with co-accused robbed golden and silver ornaments from the house of the complainant. The applicant has been implicated in the present case on the basis of memorandum of co-accused and recovered from his possession silver plate.
