JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is first application under Sec. 439 of the Cr.P.C. filed on behalf of the applicant in connection with Crime No.269/2021, registered at Police Station Nagalwadi, district Barwani, under Sec. 489-A of IPC.

(2.) It is alleged that from the possession of the applicant two fake currency of Rs.200.00 has been seized.

(3.) Learnedcounsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is in jail since 28/9/2021 and the investigation has been completed.
