ABHISHEK ARKHEL Vs. STATE OF MADHYA PRADESH

JUDGEMENT

(1.) These first bail applications under Sec. 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure have been filed on behalf of the applicants for grant of bail, pending the trial.

(2.) The applicants-Abhishek Arkhel, Vishal Bawaria, Vikram @ Monu are in custody since 3/10/2002 and applicant-Santosh Kumar Satnami is in custody since 2/10/2022 in connection with Crime No.244/2022, registered at P.S.-Cantt., District-Jabalpur (M.P.) for the offence punishable under Ss. 380 and 457 of IPC and 25 of the Arms Act.

(3.) All the aforesaid applications have arisen from the same crime number and police station, therefore, they are being disposed of by a common order.
