ANURAG SINGH JADON Vs. STATE OF MADHYA PRADESH

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is third application filed under Sec. 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of bail. The second application was dismissed as withdrawn by the Coordinate Bench of this Court by order dtd. 11/8/2021 passed in M.Cr.C. No.36748/2021 and as the Hon'ble Judge has been transferred, therefore, this application has been placed before this Court.

(2.) The applicant has been arrested on 1/2/2021 in connection with Crime No.803/2020 registered by Police Station - Janakganj, District Gwalior for offence punishable under Ss. 304-B, 34 of IPC.

(3.) It is submitted by Counsel for applicant that applicant is the husband of the deceased and he is in jail from 1/2/2021 but there is no progress in the trial. However, copies of the order-sheets of the Trial Court has not been placed on record about the stage of trial.
