JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is first bail application filed under Sec. 439 of Cr.P.C for grant of temporary bail. The applicants are implicated in connection with Crime No.185/2022 registered at Police Station- Jeeran, District- Neemuch (MP) for offence punishable under Sec. 8/15 of N.D.P.S. Act. The applicants are in custody since 5/6/2022.

(2.) This application has been filed by the applicants for grant of temporary bail on account of death of Gurpreet, son of applicant No.1 and real brother of applicant No.2.

(3.) It is submitted on part of the applicants that the last rites of Gurpreet are to be performed on 23/12/2022 and being son and brother, their presence would be essential for the last rites.
