JUDGEMENT

(1.) This first application under Sec. 439 of Cr.P.C. has been filed for grant of bail.

(2.) The applicant has been arrested on 17/01/2022 in connection with Crime No.21/2022 registered at Police Station Dinara, District Shivpuri for offence under Ss. 419, 420, 467, 468, 469, 470 and 471 of IPC and Sec. 25/27 of the Arms Act.
